Founded in 2024 by Josh Cushner (former Principal and Project Director at global design firm Arup), Duplex Loop LLC collaborates with owner and project development leaders to enable a structured approach to definition that pulls forward the right early decisions and aligns delivery to match.
With support from PM partners, Josh can lead large cross-functional teams, design innovation programs, research-based projects, and conventional projects in the commercial, arts or venue space.
Josh's prior clients includes global innovation and delivery programs with Apple Retail, Salesforce REWS, Google REWS and Google Food, and Meta's Workplace Innovation Team. His early strategic and creative work includes stadia developments for the Golden State Warriors and FC Cincinnati, production and screening venues for Netflix, concert halls for the University of Minnesota and SF Opera and collaboration with the Lighthouse for the Blind.
His experience includes:
End to end delivery of new programs, design standards, and roll out of projects with complex technical systems.
Close collaboration with customers across sectors - commercial, industrial, arts / culture, healthcare, transportation, utilities, etc.
Leadership of large, multidisciplinary design and delivery teams.
